At Villa Casagrande, cooking classes unfold in the Countess’s historic kitchen. Amid conversation and the gentle aromas rising from the oven, guests discover the essential rituals of Tuscan cooking: pasta rolled thin with care, a sauce left to simmer slowly, bread shaped by hand.
