In 1983 Doctor Cesare Luccioli, an illustrious cosmetic surgeon, bought Villa Casagrande from Count Averardo Serristori. At first, after a deep and respectful restoration, he used part of the structure as a Center for Aesthetic Medicine. Thanks to his experience in the United States with 15 years of training in Plastic Surgery, he created one of the first Center dedicated exclusively to Aesthetic Surgery in Italy equipped with a doctor's office and an authorized surgery room.
Later, he began to allocate a part of the Villa for the hospitalization of his patients and slowly he gave it an increasingly tourist-accommodation imprint.
In the mid-90s he began to involve his children in the management of the various activities of the structure.
After the end of the Serristori dynasty, Villa Casagrande returned to being managed by a new and important family.
